Excellent as per usual, this was my first time with Phillipa as I usually have Rachel. Phillipa asked me about my hair and went through what I was going to have done and she listened. I absolutely love the colour and cut, very happy. Great atmosphere as always, lots of nice chat. The lady that washed my hair was on work experience and she was brilliant, such a relaxing hair wash and a great massage. Really good! Thank you ladies
