Poor poor service,has been for years
well not a very good 1st review of bt fleet hastings unfortunately , my car was booked in around a week ago for today 10/10/2018 , so as arranged dropped the car off at 8-45 in the morning only to have the drivers side front and back brakes checked plus the hand brake , i was then told oh it will be done by late afternoon so at 2 oclock i phone them no it hasnt been done yet they say , well nothing like a phone call to let the customer know that they are better off bringing it back the next day , rather than just leave it so the customer thinks it is being looked at
