Myself snd my partner had registered as new patients. My partner unfortunately had to miss his first appointment as he wasn't well. He phoned up to reschedule and was told by the receptionist that the dentist "doesn't want to register you because you didn't make your appointment". Absolutely shocked and disgusted. As if people have never had to reschedule before?! Completely obscene.

Booked an appointment for a filling because I broke on. The dentist had a brief look, said that the tooth is broken too and took a x-ray.He showed me the x-ray and said that I will need a crown but he could do a filling to start with. But he had no time to do this today. The whole appointment took only 5 minutes.While I was booking my appointment for the filling he met the next patient and complained that she was early.Which make me wonder why he didn't have time sort out my tooth.
