Id like to say thank you for the organisation that went into the funeral for my Dad. Everything ran smoothly and made sure not to add any stress on a difficult day.
Exceptional service. Everyone was professional, approachable and respectful throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed to make decisions and I always received a call back when i was told I would. The whole process of arranging my dad's funeral was made easier knowing he was being looked after with dignity and that i could call and speak to someone whenever I wanted to. All costs were made visible upfront so there were no surprises. Liaising with Jane and then Trevor on the day was always pleasant and they both were caring and i never felt like just another client. The suggestions made by Mercers for the florist and celebrant were both brilliant and both of these services were excellent. The day itself ran as well as it could and i would 100% recommend . A+++++++
