Went in to book appointment today as first visit. Receptionist too busy playing on her phone to notice I was stood right in front of her. Waited but did not even look up and woman cutting hair saw me and said nothing Well done! I walked out and went to Red where they immediately greeted me in a friendly manner and now Im spending my money there. You could learn a lot from them.
