Never answer the phone and never call back. Melted plastic onto a pair of my trousers and haven't been seen since. Terrible people terrible service
I am so impressed with this service. The lady whom I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and it makes a fantastic change to find a company who actually do exactly what they say they will. My duvet was collected in the time slot and returned the following day. The duvet has been cleaned to a very high standard and remarkably all the tea and coffee stains have been removed! All this for 15! Brilliant! It is also worth noting that I was quoted 9 more by another company and this did not include collection and return.
