Went to these guys as Timpson in Sainsburys let me down with a key cut ofr my motorcycles.I went to these guys and they were the only ones to get the most identical to my original key.The bike is old 1998 model so the ignition barrel and key are worn so its hard for anyone to cut a key for her! The guy in this shop tried his best and it worked but it was temperamental (only worked one way) after a couple of times it worked both ways and was brilliant. The guy said i can have the key for free because it was a temperamental key I tried to say that its unfair of me to do that and if anything allow me to pay half of the cost of a key but he denied and said its free.From that alone this will be my go to company for key cutting. 10/10
Had trouble getting keys cut elsewhere but able to get them here within minutes. Much lower cost than others who said they would have to send them away to cut.
Fantastic service. A guy called Bill was sent out to my address to fix what I thought was a broken lock. It was a false alarm, completely my fault but Bill was extremely polite, helpful and well within his right to charge me for wasting his time. Although they didnt actually do any work, I think theyre great customer service is worth a mention.I will definitely use them again if needed.
