Always helpful staff that are knowledgeable in their products promotions an help you find what's best for their customers
Could do a bit better on there customer's care
We had a great experience this morning at the O2 shop in Priory Meadow shopping precinct., in Hastings today.The lady that served us was helpful and gave enough information, we were happy to go ahead with our purchase, a good result ! .
Manager very unhelpful, and blunt. He forgets customers pay his wages and do not expect to be treated like they are being dishonest, would at least be help if he actual was correct, would not give his name or customer complaints line initially. After 12 years , will switch because of the experience of this store.
