Very good service I even got a phone call to to ask me to come in earlier nice staff
The staff were very helpful when I got to reception as my cat had been sick, they took him and cleaned him up and the his carrier thankyou for looking after him.
I cannot recommend Sussex Coast Vets highly enough. We recently had to call upon them in some very stressful situations with both our cat and dog, and they provided not only good advice and treatment, but also an excellent emergency service with efficient aftercare. We felt our animals were in good hands, we were always kept informed, and during our cats 3-day-stay at the clinic the vet called regularly to let us know Eddies progress. I feel that the animals interests and welfare are really at the heart of the practice. The staff are very caring and kind and the vets helpful, patient and competent.
The reception staff could not be more welcoming and always make a fuss of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy who loves the attention he receives. We've now seen two vets at the practice each of whom has taken the time to carry out a thorough examination during each visit and inform me of their findings. I strongly recommend this practice and would not consider going elsewhere.
A fantastic vets, I would never take any of my 6 animals anywhere else. The vets are reassuring and explanative, also it's not as expensive as other local vets.
