Awesome service! I needed a particular spare part for my Mezzo portable bike, I was lucky I found their details, I called them and asked them, they looked for it and 5 minutes later they called me back to gather all my details and make the payment. They posted and just one day later I received it in Cambridge! Really recommended, if you need anything contact them, good to know they still support Mezzo bikes. Again, great service and keen to help.
Emailed Whyte bikes twice with technical questions because the retailer I bought from has closed down. Both emails ignored. Tweets ignored. Useless company, I will never buy from them again.
