Forewarning, this is not a chain where you get fast food cold service or a rock bottom price.... Now the people who have been moaning on previous reviews would change their view to life and enjoy a quality hand made brunch or lunch, in an incredibly attention to detail environment where the old gent who owns has an incredible pride what he does and is very particular with how he does things bordering serious OCD (you can check by the heights of bottles lined up above the bar, the colour scheme, the pictures on the walls and everything else is just perfectly placed) you'll be in for a great experience. Ideally recommend you avoid the busy times of day to it only being a small outfit or enjoy the surroundings and wait. The owner now warns you if there is a delay, quite bluntly but he's is fed up of people poorly reviewing he just doesn't want to dissapoint. Enjoy, put your phone down and talk while you wait for food, what's the rush?
The customer service is appalling. We waited forty minutes for our drinks and an hour and a half for mediocre food which came at different times. The owner was turning people away saying they were to busy and then letting others in the whole meal was very strange. Faulty Towers without the humour.
Really interesting place great service and a calm atmosphere
Food was fantastic. Definitely value for money and all freshly cooked to order. Service was excellent by what we thought was the owner who was an older man. Very accommodating and had a laugh with you when taking your order. Be prepared, it goes by its name, the inside is green colouring. A very pleasant visit.
Absolutely disgustedOlder gentleman working there felt it was needed to comment on everyone from a 16 year old with a sweet Ill have to clean that up to my missus holding a menu lets hold it this way shall weThen walking to every customer having a moan about something.The milkshakes ordered were foul.Then when we left the money was put on the table as we did not feel comfortable talking to any of the staff. Same man then comes out and bellows down the street the bill?!To which the reply was on the table walked in shaking his head
