Seen a car on the website liked it made a deposit to reserve the car.been told there is some paint work left for a small scratch and the valeting to be done,so will be ready for me to see and drive so i came all the way from manchester.the car wasn't properly valeted i drove the car really liked it but then i looked closely to see some marks in the interior,nearside bumper wasn't even,when i touched it there was a gap of half inch,plus some white paint,thats not it when i touched the plastic bit of the bumper it was scratchy.so i asked the sales man who was named Steve that there was this all problem his reply was'now we started to look for things right' in reply when i asked will this be repaired or u'll take the price down his reply was 'maybe this is not the car for you' in a arrogant manner.
My husband and I recently took collection of a new Seat Arona from Bartlett's.
