Will do anything for you when you buy a car. But after a few years noticed a lot of the time would be short staffed in service department on Saturdays and on another occasion MOT tester was not working so had to go back following weekend. Constantly chasing them up to get my wheel sorted as tyre kept going flat and then after 2 weeks of trying to get it sorted , I said after the stress it had caused it should be done for free , got a comment " I thought you were going to say that, well I don't want to fall out over 18" ,got it done but wheel bolt covers were gone , contacted them said they would locate them. 3 more weeks passed made a complaint to which the service manager tried to make out he had gone out of his way to sort my wheel and had done it free of charge. Nothing about me chasing up everything and basically making them do it free of charge due to the unnecessary stress. I have not been back since and I use to take my car there yearly for its service and MOT , now I take it to someone I trust . The service manager definitely lives up to his surname Slowly.
