Great Toilet Facilities!Not the biggest store, but still has a great selection and is well laid out making things very easy to find. The Cafe up stairs is brilliant, food is always delicious (albeit a tad pricey) and the view to the sea is a nice bonus.One of my favourite things about this store (and most Marks & Spencer stores) is that the toilets are NICE! if we are in the area and need the loo we quite often pop here just to use their facilities as they are always clean, fairly modern and just a pleasure to use (rather than some store toilets which are simply disgusting)Since its on a retail park, parking is generally easy, and since it backs onto bexhill seafront.. You can go for a nice stroll along the seafront before or after shopping which is really nice! Great location if you ask me :)
So lovely having a M&s so close to home. Had lunch there and as usual the service was good and the staff very pleasant.
Customer service still exists in this store. Staff always helpful and polite. Support this store, I wanna see it still for a long time...
It's a typical M&S, staff are very friendly and helpful, the food hall is very good. Unfortunately, they do not have an Autograph section and the womenswear department offers a lot of the cheaper ranges and inferior quality. A broader choice would make this perfect.
Absolutely appalling service in the cafe. Was told 15 minute wait for lunch which turned into 35 minutes and that was because I questioned. Staff walking round like headless chickens but with permanent fixed smiles! 8.50 for fish, about a dozen chips, even less mushy pees.No clean tables and table next to us was used as a dumping table from other tables waiting to be cleared. Eventually cleared but not cleaned. Cutlery could also do with a proper wash. Definitely would not recommend or go again. The toilets are no where near the cafe but in the other end of the store. Appalling service M&S.
