Much room for improvement. Whilst the staff are amazing, the access to the services needs to be better. Ringing up at 0800hrs for same day appointments, or online many weeks ahead. Come on, people WANT to be able to go in, and see a human being ! If you're unwell, then you want some TLC, not more obstacles in your way. Parking is easy, there is no on site pharmacy, which isn't a problem as the Tesco extra has one and their service is great too !The crazy thing was that I ended up calling 111 out of sheer need, and low and behold, a GP rang me back, and I was then asked to go to my own surgery as they'd got an appointment for me !!!!Wow !!!
Staff are really good, but access to the surgery is terrible. I called recently at 8 am for an appointment, I called continuously for 30 minutes and was finally told that there were no appointments available anymore. I had to call back Monday morning. I said that on Monday I would probably call for another half an hour to be told that all appointments were gone and was just told that that was the same for everybody.
