worst surgery bad staff and doctor
It would be nice if I could phone my Doctor without being told the number doesn't exist
Really great service with amazing staff. Daily they manage to do their best for some very difficult patients. Sadly many think they are special and that by stamping their feet other people can fix their impatience, mis-understanding or poor attitude. Equally they don't understand that you can't answers the phone with ten people queing in front of you.
First experience of the surgery today and had a really good service. Receptionist and Nurse practitioner were polite,helpful and dealt with my needs efficiently. Minimal wait for a squeezed in appointment as well.
Arrived for appointment at 0915. Still waiting at 1045. The doctor hasn't turned up and no one knows where he/she is. All this after attempting to make an appointment at Essenden Road Surgery only to be told it has closed. Absolutely no notice or warning and 4 of us were patients there. No letter received informing us and no signs up when we recently visited. Absolutely disgusting. Would allocate 0 stars if possible. I feel sorry for the admin and office staff there that try their best.
