So I've been scouring the internet for travel insurance for a few weeks for my upcoming trip to Australia. SO many insurance companies I contacted either couldn't answer my questions or didn't know the answers which makes you SO nervous before purchasing! However, Go Walkabout were INCREDIBLE!! I spoke to both Andy & Donna over the phone - both of which answering my questions quickly and easily - both very knowledgeable about what they're selling - without turning it into a push for a sale or trying to trick you into spending more money. They were so friendly and helpful that it's truly comforted me that I'm choosing the best providers for my trip. Hopefully *fingers crossed* I won't have to claim at all while being away, but if I do, I'm very confident that Go Walkabout will look after me! Thank you again to both Andy & Donna for relieving all my nerves and helping me out with my incessant questions!
I have now used this Company 4 time's for Travel InsuranceThey have always given the correct travel policy (value for money) for my needsThey are an excellent company, I can without hesitation recommendI have booked two more trip's with them for 2018

Do not go anywhere near this company. Policies are misleading, they don't pay out and give no assistance. Had to travel to Thailand myself to bring injured son home, they don't answer phone calls or emails in emergencies.
