Tried to double my car insurance.Last year, I took out car insurance with them, which was competitive. This month, they sent me an auto-renewal reminder: "just agree, it's easy".So I asked them to give me details of last year's premium, vs. this year's quote. Reply: "Last year was 340, this year we want 680, thanks"..!!! ???? Did they think I wasn't going to notice? I can only think that that is their business model. I won't trust them in future, or do any more business with them.Through a comparison site, I got insurance (3rd party, fire, theft) for 250.I see now what they mean when they say they cater to mature citizens.
