Butters David Grey carried out a Lease Extension for myself & my fellow lease holders. We were delighted that they were able to complete the work at a reduced cost to reflect the fact that there were several of us requiring the renewal at the same time. They were also very understanding about the fact that individually we were each progressing the renewals at differing speeds in terms of getting back to Butters David Grey with the details/information they needed etc.
Very disappointing! I contacted to check about the service and price. After a few questions I needed to ask, I was told, that they were not for my budget (I even haven't specified it!) and I was suggested to shop around for other companies. The woman I spoke with, just closed the conversation, saying that anything further would be a free advice they do not provide. That was astonishingly unprofessional and disappointing. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Its intersting the reviews on this firm dont mention one of the main partners John Butters. He has so for only managed to reply to one email in 5 months on a very simple lease transaction. Frankly, this is the worse company we have ever dealt with !!
