Holden and co is very good, he fought for my case to do with my housing needs and successfully completed that for me, defo 5 star rating
Avoid at all cost. They will bend over backwards for social services. They screwed up my daughter's case and didn't or couldn't be bothered to fight. Even when i could see what was happening. Being dismissed and told I was over reacting. I won't name the solicitor or barrister. But they know who they are.
Stay away from this solicitors at all costs! They are rude unhelpful and slam the phone down when you tell them a few home truths about how unprofessional they are I tried for 3 days to make a appointment with housing matter each time I was told someone would ring me back that never happened Rung this morning and they put me through to the most arrogant specimen I have ever delt with I explained I was trying to make a appointment to come in and how unprofessional I thought they was not getting back to me and how rude the receptionist was He then said its up to you to come in and make a appointment and I was waisting my time I then replied he was right I had Please do not use this firm the solicitor had the manners of someone of Little intelligence he slammed the phone down mid conversation because I spoke the truth I rung back to make a complaint and the receptionist slammed the phone Down what a bunch of rude pigs
Just interested in taking your money . The solicitor that dealt with my case had absolutely no interest in reading any of the case files and seemed too busy with other matters. Her apathy towards the case was staggering.Wasted 3 weeks coming up to a final hearing for a family matter. Wished I had read the reviews first. Do not use these clowns . Both the senior partner and the woman are arrogant and condescending. On raising my concerns with this female solicitor she blew a gasket and offered my money back .It seemed obvious that she didnt like clients answering her back . Read all the reviews and get yourself a real solicitors firm . Disgraceful.On the plus side the receptionist was excellent and so was Mike Jolly .
Reciption was rude and unwelcoming. The lawyer we spoke to was no help at all and very unsupportive. Although they did call me multiple times to check if we can make it to the appointment on time.
