I have nothing to say, all I say I have been trying to get an appointment for my 14 months old baby boy since 3 weeks keep calling them every morning from 8 o'clock but can't get the line!If you can't get the line that means you can't see the doctor!That's a joke
Reception gentleman that dealt with me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have always found that this surgery have been excellent and would thoroughly recommend
Reception staff need better training.Checked in with receptionist at 2.30pm 12-9-18 for a 2.40pm appointment with Dr Fox after waiting 30 mins l went back to reception to be told it hadn't been registered with the Dr. 50 mins in total before we saw Dr Fox who apologised but it wasn't his fault.No apology from recetionist, not good enough!
Had to ring up 84 times for my wife as she was too ill to call her self, what if I wasnt about, how can you expect a sick person to phone up that many times to be told you dont have any appointments. Finally she got one on the second day of trying to only be told that all she has is a head ache, when clearly she doesnt. She got her head a year and a half ago and suffers really bad migraines. Yet the Dr didnt want to listen and didnt care and said my wife was lying! Only one good Dr there. Dr zachin I think her name is, shes great Others experienced in the past just dont seem to care about you.
Excellent reception staff. Always polite. Never had any long waits and doctors and nurses always come across professional and compassionate.
