I think the doctors manner has improved. I'm giving 5 stars for Dolly the practice nurse. She's so lovely. I had my smear test with her today which I was dreading but she made me feel completely at ease and was so nice. It's not a nice thing to have done but I won't dread it as much next time if she's doing it.

Thought I would join but 1 Dr for thousands of patients no way il keep looking

You have to call at 8am to get an appointment and often the telephone is continuously engaged making it impossible to get through for over 30 minutes. When you finally get through, the receptionist tells you to try to call again tomorrow or if you are desperate, to request a call from the doctor. If you want to book a non urgent appointment with the doctor, then you often need to wait 2 to 4 weeks for this. I appreciate that they are probably doing the best that they can with the resources that they have, but it is very frustrating from the patient's point of view and it is not a very good experience for patients, at the best of times.

Absolutely disgusted with that doctor, my daughter asked me to attend a appointment with her as she felt doctor never listened and is very unhelpfull, basicly because results werent on her screen it didnt happen may as well call my daughter a liar and because i said I don't like how your talking to my daighter or that your treating her the doctor shouted call the police. Now a letter today full of lies there was no abuse an my daughter an family were struck off. Thanks to that doctors treatment towards my daughter she had a mental breakdown feels worthless we are not professional people there was no abuse no one swore doctor has no interest and does not care

Impossible to get an appointment if you work full time, the older receptionist is always very rude and abrupt and not understanding in the slightest. I really dont see why i pay my National insurance if getting to see my doctor is like trying to see the pope. Only having one Doctor for thousands of patience is such a stupid idea too, im guessing it means the doctor will get paid more if its only her.Used to be so much better when Al Saleme and Doctor Masood where there. Gone down hill rapidly.
