Had good service ,saw Nurse last week ,very helpful ,also Dr Parker has helped out my step son's with certain things ,been a member if that's what you call it ,for nearly 2years now , a previous surgerHorrendous,but Little Ridge seem a breath of fresh air
Appalling treatment and unprofessional knowledge
Delayed my appointment by an hour only to hear that I wasn't able to have my procedure done... a complete shambles.
Managed to get an appointment at station plaza? The doctor asked what he can do after I told him the problem???? If I went off and ended my life after a bout of depression I doubt he would care....*Edit got an appointment at little ridge got a nice lady doctor who helped me a lot... From 1 to now 3 stars...
Wish I could give 0 stars! Terrible service. Got through first thing in the morning, which was a miracle, to book a telephone consult having phoned 111 regarding my 7 year old daughter and myself having food poisoning. Was told we would need to speak to a Dr within two hours and not to go to the surgery or walk in because we would be infectious. When I called the surgery I was only allowed to book one appointment and was told that the Dr would not have enough time to talk about both of us as they would only have 5 minutes. At 11:30 my husband phoned to chase the consult and was told that they occur between 12 and 2. So at 2:30 he called again. This time we were told that the Dr was not at Little Ridge, he was at Plaza so they would send him a message. Roll on 8pm and we still hadn't had a consult. My daughter had now thrown up in excess of 15 times and there was no medicine available for her age group at the pharmacy. Next day - still nothing! No phone call! No apology! They have signs up about the number of appointments missed, I wonder if this includes the appointments they fail to keep?!?!! (111 were fab though!! Thank goodness for this service)
