Rude reception staff; inability to manage their diary properly; blamed me for their errors; wasted a ton of my time. Until they get their practice management sorted I would avoid.
Been trying for weeks to get ban appointment no joy, informed on the back of my prescription that Dr Hughes is no longer my doctor, thanks for telling me! Doctor ran an hour behind, spent 20 mins reading Mhz notes, told me to change my inhaler and didn't give me a new prescription for new one, what a joke DR PONTE, ill be Beck tomorrow to see a proper doctor and my complaint has gone in to CCG which is no less than the surgery deserves, if you plan to be ill, go to a and e cost you'll get no joy with this bunch of jokers!
If you have anything planned for the day of an appointment, just abandon it, guaranteed overrun for over an hour! But Dr Dan was fantastic
Dr dann and Dr Jones are super amazing and so are the recoptionist from level 3 shame about the rude recoptionists that have come from level 2.I have been a patient here for the past 4 years, before both level 2 and level 3 combined level 3 where amazing the recoptionist were excellent as well, since they combined the recoptionist are rude and quite horrible. They have lied to me on more than 5 occasions they are very rude, now don't get me wrong there's 3 really nice recoptionist but the ones that have come up from level 2 are extremely horrible. There isn't any need for them to be so rude when you ring up and even in person. How do I know who's from level 2 and from level 3? I've been seen on a very regular basis for the past 4 years you get to know the recoptionists.Dr dann and Dr Jones are incredibly, very helpful, kind, and actually care. I see both of them on a regular basis for my health conditions I couldn't praise them enough. Both Dr dann and Dr Jones spend the time that's needed with you, they don't rush you, and they listen. It's a real shame about the rude recoptionists but once you get passed them the doctors are amazing. I 100% understand they are working under a lot of stress but if Dr dann and Dr Jones can be so nice then so can they. I can't thank the old level 3 recoptionists Dr dann and Dr Jones enough.
So pleased with how pleasant and efficient staff and surroundings are. I was 10 minutes early and was seen by a nurse Lakshmi Mani who was very friendly, she took my blood sample, quick and painless. I was out before my appointment time.
